Datafiniti Property Data can help you identify when your own clients are selling or have recently sold their homes. You will be able to use this data to compare property values, build comp reports, or see market trends. Here's how you can view this data through the Datafiniti portal.

Starting from our quick example searches

Datafiniti provide several quick "one click" searches to get started. We can use the "Residential - Sold last 30 days" button to populate property sold in the last 30 days.

Filter for specific areas

Let's say you need residential property, sold withing the last 90 days, in Nashville, Tennessee. You can use the "All filters" button to open Datafiniti's extensive list of filter. From here we can select the parameter we need for this example:

From the list of record found here you can see how many homes have sold in the last 90 days.

Filtering by most recent prices

Lastly lets say you want to filter based on a range of an expected value price. We can utilize the mostRecentPriceAmount field to filter for residential property within $300000 to $500000.
