Datafiniti Features

Faster Downloads

We have improved download times up to 6x on download over 50000 records. This was a huge goal of ours due to customer feedback.

The Property Data Schema now includes the following fields:

  • businessesAtAddress: Links Property Data records with Business Data records that share the same address. Each linked record includes its name, key, and date seen.
  • corporateTenants
  • investmentSubtype
  • noi
  • numBuildings
  • mostRecentEstimatedPriceCurrency
  • postalCodePlusFour
  • rawAddress
  • numKeys

The Property Data schema also now clarifies that first-seen dates indicate when Datafiniti first observed the relevant owner or status.

People Data schema

Property status history migration

The migration from statuses to statusHistory is complete. Use statusHistory for a property's full status history and mostRecentStatus for its current status.

Bug Fixes

No user-facing product bug fixes were identified in this release period.

The Property Data schema received documentation clarifications for first-seen date descriptions. These changes clarify existing documentation and do not represent a product bug fix.

Coming Soon

  • Normalized product categories.
    • We plan to normalize the entire categories field withing the product dataset. This will create new taxonomy and more organized structured sub fields to search on.
  • Official Claude and ChatGPT connectors, awaiting approval.
